We are able to do this because of the generosity of our student sponsors and donors. The all-inclusive scholarship costs $300 per month, per student, for three years. Our goal is to match each student with 1, 2 or 3, individuals or families to accomplish the full scholarship amount. We have partnerships with several schools, churches, businesses and religious organizations throughout the United States who regularly send mission teams to The Leadership Center campus to serve and volunteer. Team members serve in a variety of ways including construction or building projects, farming and agriculture, or teaching seminars and tutoring. We practice hospitality and welcome volunteers on campus from any background, race, gender, religion or faith.

We also accept individuals, couples and families for long-term volunteer roles in a variety of support or staff capacities. We frequently host World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) volunteers, World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms, to help on our farm as well. The Leadership Center has a three-year Curriculum that includes English as a Second Language (ESL), Leadership, Community Development, Business, Entrepreneurship, Teaching, and a variety of other Liberal Arts Courses. We accept applications for all teaching positions on a rolling basis and ask our teachers to commit between three months and one year plus, depending on the specific job.
Our hope is that TLC’s long-term teachers and administrative staff share our commitment to living out biblical principles, and view their time at TLC not only as an opportunity to teach overseas, but also as an opportunity to serve and minister to others.
