Leadership Mission International is a volunteer-managed organization. TLC teachers receive a modest stipend and our Honduran staff receive fair market wages.

In 2016 LMI received $180,000 of donations which was provided primarily by individuals as well as mission teams, businesses and churches.

Our 2017 annual budget is approximately $200,000; roughly 60% of our budget is allocated to education, room, board and related care of students. 25% of budgeted funds are for agricultural and infrastructure projects and support of the TLC campus including employment of 10 members of the local community that are the wage earners for 8 different families. The balance of our budget helps to provide micro loans to graduates startup businesses and to support student internships. It also covers other local costs in Honduras, and administrative expenses such as insurance, accounting and marketing costs. We have one part time staff position in the US that supports our marketing and fundraising efforts, teacher and volunteer development activities, and other functional support.
